Shipping & return POLICY

we use usps to ship our products

If for some reason your address does not accept USPS delivery, don’t worry! We are happy to ship a package with Fedex or UPS for an additional cost. Please send an email to connect@thealchemicalrose.love with a description of the items you’d like, and which shipping service you are requesting that we use. We will send you an invoice for the items + shipping costs, and once the invoice has been paid, we will ship the product(s).

we do not accept returns

Due to the fine nature of our handcrafted products and small business platform, we do not issue returns. Thank you for understanding.

“What do you use for packaging materials?”

Our products will always ship with undyed compostable shipping boxes and compostable packing tape. We protect our glass with compostable honeycomb packing paper, and our shipping labels are also compostable and thermally printed (ink free). Our product labels are also compostable, and do not contain any petroleum whatsoever! We are doing everything we can to be as sustainable as possible.

“Where is the seal on the product?”

We do not heat-shrink plastic to seal our products specifically because we do not want to contribute towards single-use plastic waste. Because we do not accept returns, there is no chance that you would receive a used product. Our products ship straight from our house right to your door, with no middle man or business in between.

“I received a damaged product”

If you received a damaged product, firstly we are deeply sorry! Please send an email to connect@thealchemicalrose.love immediately after receiving your damaged product, and we will make things right for you. If possible, please attach photos and evidence of the damaged product— so we have photos to send to our shipping service used in order to get refunded ourselves.
